Getting Your Order to You

We know you're looking forward to your order, and we'll do our best to get it on its way quickly and safely. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and we aim to have all orders on their way within 5 business days whenever possible.

When Orders Take a Little Longer

During busy sales and holiday periods, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we'll work to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

A Little Extra Care in Hot Weather

During hot summer months, we may adjust when your order leaves us to help limit the amount of time heat-sensitive products spend in transit or sitting in a carrier facility over a weekend. When possible, we prefer to ship these orders earlier in the week so they can keep moving toward you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Rather than building shipping costs into our product prices or using an inflated flat rate, we prefer to keep things straightforward and charge the shipping rate calculated for your order.

A Small Packaging Fee

A $2.00 packaging fee is added once per order to help cover boxes, protective packing materials, and the care that goes into preparing your order for shipment. This fee is per order, not per item, and covers only a portion of our actual packaging cost.

If Your Order Doesn't Arrive

Once your order is on its way, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking hasn't updated or your package hasn't arrived within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. We'll help look into what happened and work with you to get things taken care of.
